At Google, I spent a decade driving impact in Developer Relations, starting on the Chrome Developer Relations team. Was in charge of many cross-functional documentation efforts such as the Oracle Application Server Developer's Guide for Microsoft Office and worked extensively on enterprise deployment, performance, and security documentation. Also played an instrumental role in documentation production process automation and created several automated HTML and online help publishing solutions that were deployed company-wide (two of these solutions are now patented and another two are patent pending).

Wrote many books, such as the award-winning Oracle Application Server Portal Configuration Guide, focusing on enterprise web application deployment, web security, performance, high-availability, portals, Ajax, and SOA technology.

Ensured that Oracle Tools products were properly internationalized and localized in over 30 languages. Architected automation solutions that dramatically reduced costs and improved product quality.
