• As the Manager of Product Management, my role oversees technical Product Managers, technical Business Analysts and technical Solution Architects. My job is to align information technology systems with business.

• As the Manager of Business Analysis, Product Management, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Business Analysis department for providing strategic and operational product management guidance.
• Overseeing the day-to-day departmental operation and project execution, addresses both operational and technical issues.
• Managing and mentoring the Business Analysis team to ensure best practices in the delivery of their function.
• Responsible for creating a Business Analysis and Product Management methodology (standards, processes, etc.) to ensure that CCAC stakeholder needs and strategic product priorities are met.
• Providing business input and recommendation to the project and release change review boards. Work with the Business Analysis team and other project resources to 1) establish accurate estimates for projects deliverables.
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction amongst 14 geographically defined Local Health Integration Network based Community Care Access Centres (CCAC).
• Leading and supporting the CCAC Client Health and Related Information System (CHRIS), Connecting GTA, and Care Connector - Health Care Connect and other products to support user needs and e-health programs.
• Lead delivery and evolution of products by interfacing with development and deployment teams wthin OACCAC's Information Technology, Information Systems, and Information Management departments, and CCACs IT and Client.
• Developing Business Strategy documentation, Product Deployment Guides and working with Business Analysts to develop BRD & PRD documentation.
• Develop and manage overall product feature set ad related specifications driven by product roadmap and to ensure the roadmap aligns with CCACs business and overall e-health programs & strategies.
• Conducting Beta/ UAT sessions and contributing in the development of test plans.

• Overseeing and conducting GIS consulting, software and data sales for net worth of over half a million dollars annually.
• Architect and Project Manager of DigiMap’s Canadian 6-Digit Postal Code & FSA Boundary products.
• Project Manager of GIS Services. Manage multiple projects concurrently; creating all required documentation and ensuring all stakeholders are kept current.
• Liaise with clients on a daily basis to ensure expectations are met as well as planning future data work with the clients’ objectives in mind
• Manager of Supplier Relations overseeing royalty reporting and fully knowledgeable with a wide variety of North American spatial data products.

During this period of time, my position significantly attributed to DigiMap being awarded the Year 2000, MapInfo Canadian Partner of the Year. DigiMap is a Strategic Partner of MapInfo in Canada as well “Level 1” resellers for Natural Resources Canada, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, Statistics Canada, Tetrad Demographic Computer Applications.
