I lead a group of 70+ Product and Engineering teams delivering custom solutions to incubate and scale user and partner support for Google. The team delivers critical and innovative solution to address operational needs to enable support, optimize vendor operations, and support Google's Localization business. The team is responsible for delivering solution to support our 800+ global organization spanning across internal tools, external partner front ends, Localization pipelines and operational tools. I encourage the team to build with Product Excellence and magical experiences in mind; and always to provide a solution that can easily be scaled and reused by others. The team has created a number of critical applications for quality review, project management, resource tracking, etc that have not only addressed our organization's needs, but also are widely used across Google.

Optimized and pitched for growing the engineering capabilities after another team that was supporting the organization left post re-org. Established the expertise for delivery of solutions while advocating best practices for all the technical team members within the organization. Hands on leader that scale the training of 700+ people on ML fundamentals, trusted advisor during YouTube brand suitability problem able to mobilizing cross functional resources and setup quick solutions to tag, aggregate, and report on 700k+ videos in only a few weeks. Actively volunteer in Google as co-facilitator for New Manger Flagship program to enable future leaders.

Led the teams that are responsible for the scaling, onboarding, and optimizing of technical partners for Local, Travel, Social, and Shopping.

Helped architect the technical infrastructure during the initiation days of Pega Cloud business, enabling the full stack ecosystem to be customized and assembled in minutes instead of several months. This helped shape the PaaS vision for Pegasystems while ensuring initial onboarded customers are successful. Prior to that, I was the lead technical architect that helped numerous Healthcare companies in developing and optimizing their business processes, and was awarded swift promotion and grew a team from 8 to 30 as the Service Delivery Manager for Healthcare.
