I have the responsibility of train, educate, motivate and lead a squad of volunteer infantry.I have among other things assisted the police in searches of missing persons and surveillance at the COP15 conference.Education and experience as a team leader.

I work as a materials specialist with responsibility for specifying new materials and qualify new materials as well as sourcing based in existing specifications. The materials are developed in close corporation with the supplier in order to meet the specification. The materials I primary work with is epoxy systems for hand lamination and thermoplastic materials. Besides qualifying new materials, I also work with different analytical methods in order to better understand the materials and how they interact.

The topic for my PhD was surface modification of bone implants with cyclodextrin with the purpose of drug adsorption and release. The modified surfaces were analysed through various techniques including Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy (CLSM) and Electron Microscope (SEM) fitted with a Focused Ion Beam (FIB) and Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The drug adsorption and release were measured by several methods including HPLC and fluorescence spectroscopy.I furthermore help organize the First European Cyclodextrin Conference and was responsible for the European Cyclodextrin Society’s website.

I was involved in several different projects for example investigation and development of intelligent drug release and investigation and development of nano composites based on montmorillonite and different thermoplastics.
