Providing fractional CFO services for small-to-medium sized clients that do not yet require a fulltime CFO or have projects that require additional resources to supplement the existing Finance team. Periodically, these projects evolve into a fulltime role with a larger client, hence the employed periods within the MFMC consulting timeline. Skills and experience I bring to bear include:- Providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring.- Implementation experience in reorganizing and transforming organizations.- Developing and executing business/strategic plans.- Building effective operating and capital budgets.- Project management.- Partnering with investors and lenders to ensure a strong capital structure upon which to grow.- Establishing effective risk management practices and securing appropriate coverage for the business.- Developing key metrics and educating the broader management group on their effectiveness to measure our success.- Organizing and/or overhauling financial and operational practices. - Collaborating with HR to develop competitive compensation and benefit programs.- Managing mergers, acquisition, and divestitures.
