I am passionate about process, team, and people development within the workplace. This passion is what led me to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. While in my master’s program I have conducted a job analysis, an exploratory factor analysis on survey data, designed and facilitated a training intervention, and am actively studying competency modeling and leadership development. I am eager to continue on this educational journey and apply what I learn within the work I get to do!In my current role as an Associate Business Analyst I help my organization identify and use key performance indicators to make data based decisions. Additionally, I help optimize our business processes in order to save the organization time and money. I often act as a liaison between multiple teams in order to create practical solutions by gathering information from key stakeholders and subject matter experts. As an Operations Coordinator at Victory Church, I ensured all buildings were operational and aesthetically pleasing across four locations within the Metropolitan Atlanta area. I focused on creating and maintaining processes that were scalable and increased organizational effectiveness. Formerly, I was the Guest Experience Coordinator at Victory Church where I led a team of 100-200 volunteers. I ensured all volunteers were trained effectively to create a welcoming environment for all guests at Victory Church. I also created and maintained all documentation pertaining to SOPs, training, volunteer onboarding, etc.
