I’ve been an entrepreneur / small business owner for most of my adult life. I started Target Consulting Group from scratch when I was 26 and worked around 20 years full time in the recruiting space. In 2019 Marinilli Adjusters, Inc. was founded after my dad retired and partnered up with my brother Jack who has over 30 years in the business. We’re currently a family business breaking out of the startup phase. I’m happily married with a 3 year old daughter and for fun I like to travel and train jujitsu.
