As an intern at Etikos, I was responsible for:- Participating in a wide range of everyday tasks of the company such as preparation of workshop materials, doing the dishes, sorting mail, or even delivering my own presentations- Designing and delivering a personal project based in the strategic interests of the company.o I designed and delivered a project aimed at improving part of their product portfolio by updating the relevant theoretical foundations to modern standards and writing a book detailing my proposals for employing my changes in their work.o To do this, I conducted a qualitative mapping of their practices and work culture. This made my product a natural extension of the established workways and therefore easy to implement.o I used my philosophical training to balance the theoretical and practical needs of both the consultants and their clients and delivered a written product easy to use and easy to implement.
