Also led the Siebel ERM practice, including Learning, Employee Service & Support, Incentive Compensation, Workforce Analytics, Portal, Content Management, and related functions. Managed the acquisition of Motiva Incentive Compensation Services, and oversaw all strategic ERM projects and accounts, including Convergys / State of Florida, Merrill Lynch, Mellon Bank, World Savings, Itron, Fujitsu Siemens, and others.

Led the HR and technology design for a major release of an enterprise HRMS product, including innovations in advanced workflow, role management, identity management, and self-service, for a major Indian ERP firm. Partnered with Helix Commerce to develop an enterprise knowledge and process management strategy, technology architecture, and evaluation of portal solutions for a major Canadian bank. Partnered with Hirano Consulting to develop a detailed market analysis and business plan, service delivery strategy, and activity-based costing model for a world class HR & Benefits organization, in preparation for a $600 million HRO acquisition by a top-tier outsourcing firm.

Invented and designed the patent-pending technology, designed to integrate with enterprise IT infrastructure: portals, messaging, ERP, CRM, SFA, data warehouses, and content management. Managed a development team that built and tested the first production release in 60 days, and three subsequent releases over the next six months, followed by successful implementation at KPMG Consulting and Cisco. The Cipient technology was subsequently sold to a firm active in major Federal systems contracts, and used for Homeland Security applications.

Partnered with DataChannel, Oblix, Icarian, Backweb, ProAct, and Ninth House to deliver integrated single sign-on, employee self-service, Directory, eLearning, talent management, content management, and more. Led the development of solutions strategies and architectures, and trained and advised implementation teams for the majority of eWorkforce engagements, including Target, Intuit, Veritas, Gap, and Union Bank. Led the functional and technical design of an eHR product for Simpata, a leading Benefits ASP.

Independent, full-time consultant to Cisco Systems, architecting and implementing an enterprise-wide Workforce Optimization program. Led the technical track for a Peoplesoft 7.0 implementation, and later, an upgrade to version 7.5. Designed a comprehensive, web-based workforce services architecture, and led the design, development and implementation of a series of Workforce Optimization applications used throughout Cisco, supporting hundreds of processes and achieving significant ROI.

Manager in the KPMG Strategic Services Peoplesoft practice, leading or co-leading several Peoplesoft project teams. Led development of HR Service Models and implementation plans for Santa Clara University and Mellon Bank, and was technical lead for Peoplesoft implementations at Integrated Health Services and Cisco Systems. Led a team of Managers and Senior Consultants responsible for the selection and rollout of self-service/workflow products for the Peoplesoft practice to implement, and participated in the team that developed R2I – the KPMG Consulting system implementation methodology and toolkit now used by all KPMG ERP practices.

Led a team of Senior Programmer-Analysts, working closely with senior HR and IT management at Corporate and throughout Disney, providing business analysis, application design, development, implementation, and support. Lead technical author of an enterprise HR application architecture that was instrumental in enabling the re-engineering of HR systems throughout Disney. Also responsible for development and company-wide implementation of numerous applications, including salary planning and reporting, contract management for executives and artists, a company-wide Internet job posting application, and an employee information warehouse.
