CurrentPeter practices construction law, with special emphasis on litigatingconstruction and surety disputes. He represents general contractors,subcontractors, owners, design professionals and sureties in state andfederal courts and in arbitration. In addition, Peter’s experience includesdrafting and negotiating contracts, and assisting clients documenting andprotecting their interests on the diverse issues that arise prior to andduring construction activities and drafting and responding to claims. Peterassists his clients with issues as cost-effectively as possible, includingresolving claims through mediation and other dispute resolution venuesbefore they incur the substantial costs required to fully litigate matters.
