On behalf of FactoDesign, plan and execute test cases for integration between Project Management and Accounting software

The first project I worked on involved changes to Dealer Commissions, resulting from implementation of new Lease Application software and associated regulatory changes. These changes used a new pricing mechanism for vehicle loans, which required new methods of calculating dealer commissions.I was then involved in proving applications after infrastructure security upgrades. From there, I tested SAP interfaces for their Lease Management and Wholesale Vehicle software.For the majority of my time at TFS, I was part of a large project team that implemented a new finance company and associated brands. The project required testing of over 40 applications, of which I was the lead tester in 6 of the application areas.

I was involved in the testing of their back-end Lease Management software.

The first project I worked on was the implementation of 3rd Party software to manage marketing of leasing renewals for Toyota motor vehicle dealerships.The second project was Lotus Notes/Sametime to MS Outlook/Skype for Business migration.In both these roles, I have been the primary test resource for both SIT and UAT.

I worked in the application areas of Gaming, Customer Loyalty, Hotel and Restaurant. I was an SME for a number of their applications.From June 2015 to August 2016, I was part of a major (somewhat) Agile based project. On this project, I worked closely with both the Business Analysts and Developers. In documenting the system’s current state, the B/As have relied on my knowledge to provide substantial background information. I generated the majority of the test scenarios from the business and functional requirements, as well as executing, documenting and maintain defects for a substantial number of the test cases.Also in my QA role, I have, at various times, tested their web-based and iPad applications. I was also involved in testing a complete re-write of their mobile app, and various APIs required to support mobile, web and iPad apps.

I provided support for their legacy gaming system used in Queensland. All modifications were required to meet Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation regulatory requirements.

I was mostly involved with enhancements to SIM/400 (ERP) and JDEdwards Financials.Because of the nature of their business and US Food & Drug Administration and Australian Therapeutic Administration regulatory requirements, formal approaches to all aspects of IT was critical. All IT work had to follow SDLC standards and be fully documented.The major pieces of work that I led were:• Interfaces to a Freight Management System using XML• Business Continuity extracts• Improvements to incoming goods receiving processes and product Quality Assurance data• Data extracts to allow planning and scheduling of inbound goods warehouse workloads• MS Excel application to allow order picking, packing and despatch when the primary Warehouse Management system was unavailable• Interfaces from Payroll and Expense Reporting systems to JDEdwards• Conversion of a Sales and Marketing database to ORACLE.Other work that I was the technical resource for were:• Migration of SIM/400 database to US Data Centre• Interfaces from Seibel CRM to process sample pack orders and return consignment data• Data extracts for COGNOS DW• SAP Interfaces to:o Process orders for local deliveryo Push consignment data to SAPo Push inventory balances to SAPo Push GL and A/P payment data to SAPo Integrate Forecasting, Production Planning, Purchasing & Sales Order Management.

General AS/400 software support and enhancements for interface with JDEdwards.

Analyst/Programmer for UK specific enhancements to their core Leasing Receivables.

Senior Analyst and Test Lead, developing interfaces between an AS/400 Leasing application (FIBOS) and SAP

Analyst/Programmer, enhancing their back-end applications that interfaced to their call centre front end, Direct Debit and other external interfaces.

System Support for their Data/3 manufacturing system during implementation and migration to the Baan ERP package. Also provide data extracts for migration.

Consultant at various client sites. The primary client sites I worked at were Bridge Wholesale Acceptance Corporation, (subsequently Textron Australia Finance Corporation), Spectrum Global Communications, Amway Australia, Rothschild Bank, and Jannsen – Cilag.
