An Organizational Leadership, Learning, and Development Thought Leader, I offer 25+ years of experience, combined with my research while at Harvard, where I earned my Doctorate, with Distinction, and authored a seminal contribution to the fields of adult development, leadership, and group process. I have worked across multiple functions in a broad arena of Organized Labor, Corporate, Governmental, and Mission-Driven Organizations with Senior Executives, Directors, and Managers - and with their teams and people.Strategic partner with organizations - executives, boards, and managers - I implement innovative development initiatives and programs that insure success of corporate objectives and goals.Further, I offer extensive experience in executive leadership advising and coaching, strategy, team facilitation, change efforts, innovation, reshaping conflict, OD methodologies, organizational diagnostics and assessment, individual developmental assessment and growth.Having corporate expertise across multiple industries, I design and implement state-of-the-art learning and leadership programs.
