With an extensive commercial background working in leading multinational organisations, I have been actively involved with the Disability and Aged Care sectors for close to a decade.Using the combination of skills I acquired throughout this time, I've consulted over 80 companies in the sector requiring financial and operational guidance during rapid growth. A major highlight being heavily involved in assisting a leading Disability and Aged Care Company with a franchise offering to grow from $8M to over $200M within 5 years.Today, I am the CEO of The Co-Group Limited, a not-for-profit offering labour hire services and specialising in provision of Care Workers, Administrators and Book-keepers operating within the Aged Care and Disability Sectors.The Co-Group Limited originated as a greenfield initiative, blossoming into a thriving enterprise with a remarkable ascent to over $110 million in just five years.
