Identified loss drivers in wastage and work with production team to deliver an increase of 0.75% margin. Improved stock tracking capability to mitigate a further 0.5% of net loss. Management of growth issues through vigilance on sound internal controls. Seconded to NZ operation to advise on System and stock control initiatives. Developed knowledge on carbon foot print and initiatives for a 5% reduction within 18 months.
