I had come to love the two industries that i studied and graduated from (Combined Advanced diploma of Events and Hospitality at a college called 'Kenvale College' in Randwick) although...I discovered my passion lays with I.T. and in September 2020, i transitioned from BDO's Catering team, to the I.T. team. This started due to my general knowledge in I.T. coming in handy with COVID and eventually evolved into fully transitioning into the team. I was excited to properly expand my professional knowledge of I.T. services and eager to be involved in the industry.after 2.5 years of being on the IT Service Desk and gaining BDO's prestigious 'Office Managing Partner award' along the way, I have now transitioned into the System infrastructure team as a systems administrator and am excited to keep progressing with my depth of knowledge in the IT industry.History - I enjoyed studying Hospitality for six years and Events for two, graduating with my Higher School Certificate, an Advanced Diploma of Events and an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality. Since then i have learnt a large amount about the industries and have applied my knowledge to my past and current jobs, as well as my work experience workplaces. From working at a cafe, I quickly adapted the fast-paced working environment that i would continue to be involved in to this day and beginning my customer experience journey.Another job was at The Star Event Centre, Sydney. I was a barback and bartender. I proceeded to help run events every shift by being a bar assistant on radio doing various jobs throughout each shift to aid in the event proceedings. On occasion there were additionally ‘houseman’ shifts surrounding the bump in/out of events as well. this job engraved a premium level of high profile professionalism as well as customer experience as the event centre at the star was the l pinnacle of events & hospitality within sydney.Previously, i was a Catering Attendant within Client Services at BDO Sydney, where i predominantly served meeting room's coffees and other beverages during meetings. I additionally maintained the prestinity of the company’s four floors and prepare/work events held at the firm. I worked under my Catering Manager in attending to any catering related procedures for BDO and continued to learn every day with expanding my knowledge of the industry. I strived to make my mark on the company through creating good relationships and displaying my developed work ethic.
