This included the closure of complex cases that had been outstanding for more than an acceptable time and had large balances. Skills used within this project included; time management, problem-solving, building and maintaining strong networks to “get things done quickly”, learning new skills and roles quickly, the ability to adapt and react to ever-changing information and targets.
