Peter has deep business creation and operational management experience through the Co-founding of three software technology firms, initially established in Australia and then taken globally. Peter held the roles of CEO and COO in two, with exits to European & NASDAQ listed companies. The third he contributes to in a shareholder capacity only.Peter takes concepts through to reality, whether building business value or contributing to community endeavours, as through the two NfP foundation and charities he contributes to in Pro-bono board roles.Peter’s commercial skills lie in realigning focus, digital transformation through technology adoption, stakeholder engagements, and creating revenue outcomes. He has a particular interest in current AI developments, blockchain integration, and property. Peter experience includes working within both business enterprises and government entities as the Brisbane City Council and the Cooperative Research Centre (CRC) for Sustainable Tourism. Peter has also worked closely with government leaders as Malcolm Turnbull, Jeff Kennett, and Sally-Anne Atkinson, and has held five Board seats including an ASX listed company.Born in Perth, Australia, Peter grew up in the Silicon Valley in California, and returned to Australia with Hewlett-Packard. He has lived & worked internationally including Hong Kong, where he worked for two years following his successful coordination of the IP Technology Transfer for a water purification technology from Sydney to China and laid the foundations for the IT operations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for his second start-up (Keaz) - giving Peter a personal understanding of the complexities of doing business in Asia. Driven to create and add value, Peter continues to seek out roles in which he can contribute, and make a difference, either through short-term projects or longer commitments. For relaxation, Peter enjoys 8km walks on weekends, coffee with friends, snorkelling, skiing, and an occasional round of very ordinary golf (a WiP).Education: The CEO Institute (Melbourne), MBA from Santa Clara University's Leavey Business School (graduated 3rd in my class) and a BSC in Economics (awarded the Schwartz Prize for best Management Thesis entitled "The Evolution of Management Structures"). SCU is located in the Silicon Valley (California) and is highly ranked by Forbes and US News & World Report. Offered a PhD in Economics from UC Davis but chose to pursue a commercial path.
