I also care for the Guangdong Ladies of the W-CBA. Within this role I assist in assessing and rehabilitating orthopedic injuries.As an NBA Training Center, the first of its kind in China, my facility routinely hosts training camps, basketball development camps, tournaments, and NBA events which also receive my medical assistance and consultation. In charge of all player medical care including but not limited to day to day injury assessment, rehabilitation, doctor appointments, pre-participation exams, reporting, and documentation. Also designed and ran the team's strength & conditioning workouts, managed all equipment and Adidas gear inventory/issue, handled all on-boarding NBA paperwork including insurance, payroll, and benefits, and coordinated travel including flights, buses, hotels, and meals.
