Achievements:•Commissioned IT component of new plant on time and under budget. •Developed scope and details for re-negotiation of materials handling contract, and achieved cost savings of more than 10%. •Developed models to determine best practices for running the new plant. •Developed transportation processes to minimise handling and enable rail transport to carry 40% more product.
