Current• Oversee 1,100+ implementation projects for Covetrus technology products by managing a department of Technical Delivery Managers, Trainers, Installation Specialists, and Customer Education.• Responsible for driving value and pull through of multiple technology solutions by developing implementation playbooks that align with both corporate and customer expectations leading to the completion of ~220 projects per month.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, Technical Support, Product and Engineering, to identify reasons for customer attrition to reduce monthly churn rates from 30% to 10%.• Monitor implementation performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership, identifying operational exceptions and resolving issues proactively.• Lead initiatives to refresh training materials, ensuring customers have long term, self-service resources to support the adoption of newly implemented technologies.• Developed and implemented customer engagement program to track customer satisfaction and customer effort at various stages of implementation process.
