B.O.S. Software GmbH is a leading vendor in the area of cross-platform data- and process- integration that involves an IBM mainframe, MS-Windows, UNIX/LINUX systems and the Internet. Well-known, international corporations of different industry sectors and large institutions of the public sector are customers of B.O.S.The objective of the Integration Solutions of B.O.S. is the realization of a "Real-Time Enterprise" into heterogeneous IT-architecture by conveniently integrating an IBM mainframe-system. This is an indispensable requirement if enterprise-wide information must be provided to IT-users in real-time and across platforms.I am responsible for the support of our international partners, both sales and technical. I also act as a sales rep for "unallocated" areas. I am looking forward to establish new contacts in the software and consulting industry. An industry I am familiar with for more than 30 years.

I started this company to provide my knowledge in performance management to companies that were running Windows and UNIX environments. I sold NTSMF, a performance management and anlysis tool for Windows and SystemWatch a system management too.I was involved in various consulting projects (Mainframe: VSE and MVS, UNIX/AIX and WINDOWS)

Emerald Software was the German distributor of the famous Landmark product line THE MONITOR FOR CICS, MVS, DB2. I became a well know member of the German Performance Management Community and was involved in Capacity Analysis projects for major companies. Emerald was a leading company in the PM industry.

I founded Oxford Software GmbH in 1982 and my partner and I started to sell UFO a rapid CICS development package. Within two years our company expanded and we had 3 offices in Germany. UFO became one of the leading CICS 4th geenration languages with more than 100 customers in Germany alone, before the product was sold.

Co-started the German operation of Pansophic in 1975. Was System Engineer for about 2 years, the moved to Ijsselstein, The Netherlands, to run the Pansophic European Technical Support Centre. 1980 I became Managing Director of the German operations which by that time employed 30 people in 4 different locations.
