Project employee at the institute of neuroscience and physiology. My project involved chemical removal of the nervous signalling of the spleen in atherosclerotic prone mice (ApoE KO). The effect of denervation on atherosclerosis is evaluated through ELISA, flowcytometry (T-cell, monocyte and macrophage markers), immunohistochemistry, histology, and qRT-PCR (on RNA from spleen and aorta).
