Responsible for the readiness and well-being of all assigned personnel, as well as their family members.

Managed the training and mission readiness of all assigned personnel, coordinating operational, communications, and maintenance needs to ensure all soldiers and equipment were properly prepared to conduct combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
