Lead team of test Engineers and Technicians developing test solutions for PCBA and System level testing for various electronics products and end markets. Provide engineering leadership and best practices in area of hardware and software design encompassing the development stage, implementation, documentation and ongoing support. Responsible for coordinating and supporting the team for all Test- related activities required at the site.

Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of test applications for A350 program. Responsible for managing specific team efforts in support of the program cost, schedule and performance goals. Provide technical authority and overall coordination of activities within the test functions to ensure that all customer requirements are addressed.

Lead development and implementation of test strategies for product evaluation and testing. Designed and conducted performance, environmental and operational tests, as well as applied engineering and quality management best practices to ensure high product performance and reliability.

Lead results driven team of up to 10 Engineers and Technicians to effectively tested Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) products ensuring customer expectations were met and/or exceeded. Recommend, develop and establish test strategies for new and existing product lines depending on scale of relationship. Primary responsibilities included functional and system test with great exposure to product design, system integration and software development. Clients include: Sun MicroSystems, Lucent, Honeywell, Creston.

Performed a variety of engineering assignments in R&D environment for the development of circuits for new products. Prepared design drawings, sketches and layouts of new circuits designs. Performed laboratory and field tests to ensure products met regulatory standards. Coordinated the activity for Junior Technical staff such as Technicians and Technologists. Provided support to manufacturing and production personnel and trained junior technical staff.
