As a partner to developers and ownership groups, Peter helps activate and market the places and spaces that house Baltimore’s institutions, innovators, creatives, and change-makers.Peter brings a deep understanding of the local market, development and workforce trends, economic incentives and resources, as well as his own personal experiences in both the start-up and nonprofit worlds, to his serve his clients.Peter’s tenant partners include life science, AI, fintech, and venture capital firms, as well as cultural institutions and nonprofits, James Beard-nominated restaurant concepts, makers and manufacturers. As an advisor to developers and investors, he has represented some of the most transformative redevelopment projects in the City, both along its waterfront and in its urban core.Prior to joining JLL, he was a founding member of GiveCorps, an online fundraising solution, where he oversaw Baltimore activities until its acquisition by Network for Good. In this role, he brought together constituents across the nonprofit, small business, government, corporate and consumer sectors to strengthen and support community-based projects in the greater Baltimore region. Most notably, he was a driving force behind the Bmore Gives More campaign, an effort that mobilized the city to raise $5.7 million for local charities in a single day.Peter is a transit advocate, cyclist, and endurance sports enthusiast (19x Marathon, 4x Ironman triathlon finisher), and takes any opportunity to explore the city by bike or on foot.
