Starting in the mailroom in April of 2009, I quickly rose the ranks within the Firm. One year to the day of my hire, I was promoted to the position I currently hold. I oversee all aspects of the department. I lead a large marketing team, vendors, and technology to drive business growth and brand awareness. Starting in the department alone, I now lead web developers, graphic artists, writers, a photographer, social media specialist, SEO strategists, an event coordinator, and various other employees in our overall day to day activities. Our department is diverse and adaptable, capable of handling any request our attorneys provide us. In 2011 I created and implemented the Firm's first Scholarship, open to NJ Law Student who demonstrates a commitment to the advancement of equal rights issues. (First of its kind in the State) -Implemented programs such as "Random Acts of Kindness Month." -Mentor young associates in business development and personal marketing plans. -All websites, social media, and content produced in house. -In addition to running all firm marketing initiatives, I oversee our Public Request for Proposals/ Qualifications (RFP, RFQ). Oversaw Oilshots operations within the United States. I created opportunity for Oilshots through partnerships, licensing, and direct sales. Our business model took a stand to help those in need. All of our Oilshots were painted by needy men and woman from around the world, who have disabilities, more often than not deaf painters. We also took it a step further and open classrooms to teach the artist children English, so that they have greater opportunities than their parents had.

Working closely with the CEO, I participated in all internal business development projects. I assisted in developing various departments and implementing company protocol. I also oversaw all marketing operations for the growing company.
