• Study Project Documents (Contract – BOQ – Specs) to determine the requirements to define the scope of work and determine risks allocated within the project.• Validate the received data from the tender department to ensure a full understanding of the costing principles used in the tender phase and upload forms required by the Oracle ERP system.• Budgeting, preparing expected cash flow all over the project period & executing all the cost control functions.• Use potential variation orders and the historical data of the material or labor consumption for the same material used in the project to issue an operational budget.• Prepare the control sheets to control the costs & quantities during the project.• Revise and approve purchase orders that ensure: the unit rates, the purchase order amount, discounts from suppliers, and actual cash flow impact.• Initiate NCR and follow up for any issues relating to cost, quantities, or specs for any item.• Review the project invoice received from the QS section.• Evaluate the Bid submitted by subcontractors to ensure scope validation cost matching.• Review and manage variation orders.• Follow up on LG's status to ensure that its amount is diminished regularly and contractually.• Track actual costs versus budgeted costs, and recommend cost reduction and control measures.• Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and management’s review every month to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.• Supervise subordinates providing technical and interpersonal coaching to enhance juniors’ performance.• Prepare consolidated reports for all projects and create an interactive dashboard to report the project’s performance from a cost perspective for top management.• Prepare detailed cost claims for currency devaluation hedges or delays causing cost overruns.

•Supervise mechanical QS Engineers in all company’s projects.•Review and approve projects’ materials requests, contracts, addendums, and invoices for all mechanical trades (HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing) in all projects.•Participate in the tender stage to review contract conditions that comply with the contract's standard conditions.•Draft, revise and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts as updates become available.•Review Variation Orders according to the contracts’ conditions.•Preparation of subcontract agreements in coordination with other departments according to the company’s procedures and performing benchmarking with market prices.•Ensure that subcontractor invoices comply with the settled contract conditions.•Provide client invoices and subcontractors’ payments.•Quantity surveying for materials/equipment required in site and provide the material requests for purchasing.•Analyze all projects’ data, such as Contracts, BOQs, Specs, Shop drawings, Materials submittals, and invoices.•Monitor and Perform variance analysis between BOQ items and actual works to create Variation Orders (VOs).•Develop and maintain digital and paper systems of contracts, other documentation, and records.

•Project: New SIEMENS Head Office, Cairo Festival City (CFC), New Cairo.•Supervise contractors at site to ensure project is progressing in a timely manner and completed on time.•Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems may arise.•Conduct inspection and material requests, quantity surveys, subcontractors’ payments, client invoices.•Maintain quality control, health, and safety matters on site.

The New Adminstrative Capital.

•Projects: The Octagon Buildings, Ministry of Defense, Kayan 110, the New Administrative Capital.•Manage works in two fast-track mega-projects, with two different clients, and different scope of works (HVAC & Plumbing) simultaneously.•Submit site daily reports, estimates, and all applicable monitoring reports regularly or as required.•Prepare all projects’ documents including MIR, IR, and quantity surveys.•Create subcontractors’ payments and client invoices for mechanical trades.
