Having spent 20 years teaching science, maths, ICT and technology as well as leading schools in a range of leadership posts I opted like many other teachers, to step away from state education. During my tenure as a school leader I project managed a number of ICT and electrical projects and so it was a natural for me to progress into the construction industry.
