Support the product design of the main application, making the product simpler, more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers by combining interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience. Apply an analytical and creative design thinking, grasp user needs and solve problems. Analyze user stories and experience expectations, collaborate on User research, validate concepts with end-users and stakeholders, and turn insights into value-adding. Discuss design ideas and prototypes with product team to solve complex UX challenges: Help engineers and leadership team shape both the long-term strategy and the short-term strategy for all products.

Responsible for:- Providing UI/UX design- Connecting teams to identify priorities for releases- Ensuring quality implementation of design materials- Defining the best practices and coding standards for frontend group- Developing and maintaining the company UI Kit- Developing the front-end for demos, prototyping, and static code (HTML5, CSS, Vanilla JavaScript, Jekyll) for Core development handover- Code, Pull Request review, and Release - Leading the implementation of all frontend features- Assigning and prioritizing frontend issues

- Design Full HD interfaces for TV screens. - Develop TV Screen Apps with the latest techniques and frameworks in web development.- Design all internal projects while reinventing the company’s entire user experience.
