I am a junior studying Supply Chain Management, International Business, and Business Analytics at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington.My goal at Indiana University is to impact the people and organizations of this campus in a unique way/. That starts with the core of my experience at Indiana University: academics. My choice of majors and co-majors is a combination few others follow. This combination will be challenging, yet best reflects my interest and passion for the business world. However, my goals also manifest themselves in striving for unique opportunities and experiences. Last fall, all Direct Admit freshman to the Kelley School of Business were invited to participate in a summer read, and to write an essay about this book. Out of all Direct Admit freshman, I was chosen as the winner. This allowed me to meet the writer, introduce her to a crowd of hundreds at an on-campus event, and to enjoy a lunch with her and other fellow students. Winning the contest also allowed me to travel to India, with 26 other students, with all program fees waived. This ten-day experience taught me many lessons I couldn't comprehend in a classroom.I am over halfway through my experience at Indiana University, and am looking for new and difficult challenges to further my time during and after college.
