A landmark example was personally advising Shanghai Electric Power (上海电力）and State Power Investment Corporation (国家电投) on their A$300m acquisition of the Taralga Wind Farm in NSW which closed in May 2016.Peter has worked with ZEN Energy in 2018 to negotiate a number of solar PPAs, and assisted Climate Capital on its recent successful capital raising.
