At MTM I also led the 3000+ strong Operations and Network Operations teams (including train drivers, customer service staff, authorised officers, train controllers, operational planning, safety, security and operational readiness teams).Additionally I worked with a Private Equity owned plant business with revenues of $100m across 14 WA branches, as well as Downer, where I led a profitable market entry strategy into BHP’s Pilbara rail construction. In addition, I led a $60m pa maintenance alliance across VIC & NSW with Downer for ARTC .I have completed an Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School. Prior to this I completed a MSc in Railway Systems Engineering & Integration in Birmingham, UK, as well as BCom (Economics & Business Law) & BE and am a Chartered Engineer.
