Re-engineered the IBM Australia Transition methodology to reduce the impact from 40 to less than 20 days.Managed the Transition and Transformation component of the Westpac outsource re-bid.Managed the QANTAS Transformation, a AUD$10m program over 13 months that transformed all aspects of the QANTAS infrastructure including, Mainframe, Midrange, Wintel, Storage and Network and migrated Security services and Service Desk offshore.
