In my role as an auditor, I prepare detailed reports on audit findings and report to management about asset utilization and audit results. I am responsible for collecting and analyzing data to identify deficiencies in controls, duplicated efforts, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.I inspect account books and accounting systems to assess their efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to accepted accounting procedures for recording transactions. I review data related to material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.I examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity. Additionally, I review records and interview staff to ensure that transactions are recorded correctly and that systems and regulations are being followed.I inspect inventory to verify journal and ledger entries. I also produce up-to-date information using internal computer systems to enable management to make decisions based on current data rather than historical data, in coordination with the relevant departments.I direct the activities of personnel involved in filing, recording, compiling, and transmitting financial records. I conduct pre-implementation audits to determine if systems and programs under development will perform as planned.I perform audits upon request for investment purposes and assess the financial status of clients. I evaluate the effectiveness and productivity of personnel policies or practices. Furthermore, I oversee business processes from both a financial and productivity perspective.
