• Threshold was a three-sided marketplace that helped performing artists of all kinds find their fans around the globe and set up live events in their fans' home or business• As a solopreneur, I created and/or led every part of company from the ground up: the brand, business model, MarCom, emails, product + tutorial videos, legal + trademarks, the website, prototypes, the app– everything. • Interviewed/tested/hired/managed a small, remote dev team (2 BE, 1 FE, 1 PM) using LEAN + AGILE best practices• Designed highly performant, fully responsive progressive web app using a FERN stack, GraphQL, Redux, and assorted APIs• Conducted extensive market research, customer interviews, surveys, assumption testing, and user testing using data-driven models. • Launched private beta the week COVID hit Seattle. Yikes. Pivoted but eventually closed down due to financial + family reasons.
