Network Integration Project The goal of this project is to migrate Nexen legacy domain to CNOOC (head office) domain, transit IT infrastructure, applications and databases from Nexen legacy domain to CNOOC (head office) domain, 11 sub-projects under this project in total.Responsibilities:• For network integration sub-project, assessing and solving Class B IP address confliction on multi sites and offices; For Domain Controller migration sub-project, analysing and clean up personal data from domain user attributes in AD to satisfy GDPR requirement; For Exchange upgrade and migration sub-project, assessing and cleaning up the contents in Exchange Public folders, Shared mailboxes with total size over 2 TB.• Collaborating with business stakeholders and SMEs, collecting requirements, finding practical solutions, communication of technical information to a non-technical audience, composing task action plan and work flow diagram, prioritizing tasks. Acted as a trusted advisor to outline business requirements, existing problems, and develop technology and process solutions. • Creating Change Management tickets, attending to Change Management Coordination meeting for implementing and testing technical changes in the existing suite of applications, coordinating with cross-functional business units to successfully roll out changes.• Maintaining effective working relationships with team members and business partners.

Risk Based Inspection Project The goal of this project is to create composite ISO drawings and 3D Walk-thru models with intelligent data for Devon Risk Based Inspection, train field Asset Integrity team members select components for inspection, increase inspection efficient, reduce inspection cost.Responsibilities:• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, in the meantime, translate technical information back into terms understandable by non-IT savvy personnel via emails, meetings, workshops and presentation. • Analyse requirements, develop business process models, create detailed specifications and acceptance criteria, and provide intelligent, cost-saving solutions. Create over 1,200 drawings and 3D models, with the higher than 95% successful rate, reduced the inspection cost $1,500,000 in total.• Train Asset Integrity team members at site to understand and get familiar with this new efficient inspection method, reduce the process time with the increased the successful rate.

LEM System Develop & implementation Project The goal of this project is to develop & implementation a new real time information management system for Nexen accounting department, which is integrated with SAP system to manage the cost of Labour, Equipment and Material from all sub-contractors on site. The system was designed by a third party software company, the end users are Nexen Account Payable team. Responsibilities:• Lead the meetings with Nexen Accounting department leaders, developers to analyze, document, and validate requirements, fully communicate with stakeholders, develop IT solutions for LEM system, and ensure project delivery meets quality standards.• Conduct impact analysis for every LEM upgrade, plan and support change management for LEM upgrading, create UAT testing plans before the new update installed on the DEV and QA servers, follow up the UAT results and make sure the LEM system working properly. Coordinate with other IT groups (Server, Network, Security, DBA and Change Management) to make sure that every upgrade or enhancement implement smoothly. • Train and support sub-contractors to get used of Nexen LEM system, which help Nexen management team receive the cost at site on a daily basis.
