Finally, I work with those leaders to ensure that they get the best out of the people they have working with them.The name ‘KIzoku’ came about from my last name. It’s the Japanese word for ‘Nobility’. I strive to act in a noble way - providing authenticity in action and approach, and doing the right thing for the people around me. My role at Hudson is to oversee the Technology, Digital and Projects Services recruitment practices across the Australia and New Zealand offices. This involves setting the strategic and operational direction to evolve and shift with the requirements of our clients and candidates in this fast-moving area. Furthermore, to ensure that we are excellently positioned to provide best of breed tech recruitment, contracting and services as we invest heavily to grow.

Reporting to the Finite Group MD, my responsibilities covered growing the business, overseeing operational and strategic direction, and ensuring we provide effective people-based solutions to our clients. As part of the group Senior Leadership Team, I provided insights and direction on how best to grow our business, improve our offering and ensure the culture of the Finite business was strong, and our people continued to improve their skills and capability.

I had the responsibility to grow the Interpro People business in the Australasian region. This role encompassed providing strategic direction and driving operational expertise. My role covered all front office and sales responsibilities, marketing, people and culture and other back office functions.Interpro People is a niche technology recruiter. Established in 1990, we boast 28 years experience in the local market, as well as global capability.

Having been promoted in January 2012 to Senior Regional Director, my role continues the responsibilities held previously. The business continues to grow, with solid expansion of our IT and FT capability across Asia-Pacific. Experience and knowledge across the APAC region - Australia, NZ, Japan, Greater China, HK, Singapore and KLIn August 2014, I was appointed as head of the Hays Sales and Hays Marketing & Digital specialisms in the ANZ region, with the responsibility to create a uniform strategy to grow both businesses reporting directly to the ANZ MD and board.Previously, I also held Victorian-based operational responsibilities for a number of Hays' Specialist Business Units (SBUs).

Having been promoted to a Regional Director role from November 2003, I have increased responsibility over the years, through growth of the Hays IT capability across Australia and New Zealand to my current position responsible for Hays IT and FT in the APAC region. My geographic coverage includes Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and China, Singapore and Japan. I also continue to have responsibility in Australia for the Hays Sales and Marketing, Hays Contact Centre and Hays Retail brand at Regional Director level.
