I was hired to build, develop and grow OFI’s exposure to critical investment manager research platforms and drive sales by influencing the firm’s most sophisticated gatekeeper analyst clients. My combined Solutions Group contributes over $3B in average annual gross sales and was among the most successful teams at OFI.As the Head of Institutional Solutions & Strategy I reported directly to the Head of all Distribution & Marketing with senior management responsibilities that crossed all aspects of the firm: Sales, Investments, Technology, Marketing, and Risk Management. As the Head of Solutions & Strategy I worked closely with OFI's Senior Leadership Team, Portfolio Managers, Risk & Product Management groups, and Technology teams to drive OFI’s corporate growth strategy, innovation, and sales activities. I served on several Senior Leadership groups including: OFI’s Solutions Steering Committee, Investment Portfolio Review Team, Investment Risk & Governance Committee, and frequently involved in the firm’s New Business Acquisition Team.My leadership and management consulting experience includes: investment product design and delivery, sales management, corporate strategy development, external client interactions / communications, internal and external client presentations, client event design and execution, as well as budgeting and sales reporting/forecasting.

I was hired to build out a dedicated team of Investment Management Research Analysts to replace an external third-party relationship in order achieve greater strategy alignment and deeper client servicing capabilities. My role as a Senior Research Analyst & Senior Manager was focused on maintaining a full roster of recommended investment strategies across the separate account, alternative, and mutual fund universes. My specific recommendations had a direct impact on which investment strategies were implemented in client portfolios across the entire Deloitte & Touche Investment Advisory practice.
