Tasked to build and manage an effective rotables management process including fixed and mobile plant across all operational sites and external vendors to achieve the rotables management KPI goals that deliver the intended operating C1 cost outcomes. Responsibility for 3500 repairs annually costing circa $100 Million with 6 FTE and 100+ repair vendors.► Collaborated with over 100 external repair vendors, 5 mine sites and several internal corporate departments to streamline the offsite repair process and align responsibilities, resulting in turn around times of repairs dropping from 300+ to 90 days on average.► Transformed the repair vendor relationship with FMG by creating an industry first, web based progress tracking system for both vendor and sites to see in real time with full transparency the progress of each repair, leading to $5m in savings FY18 from inspectors having more value add time.► Driving an agile methodology, designed and championed the business wide industry leading warranty process to understand failure modes with equipment and claw back costs from faulty repairs YTD delivering $1.5m.

Specifically hired to conceptualise and integrate a company-wide operational excellence development program during a period of substantial expansion, growth, and related organisational complexity.
