As the interim Director of Information Technology for Beltone New England, I brought BNE up to the tech standards of the day by overseeing upgrades from Windows Server 2003 to 2008, Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010, implementing a then "state-of-the-art" Blackberry Server and push services for mobile users with iPhones and iPads. I oversaw purchasing and upgrades of over 70% of the company's workstations throughout 50+ offices nationwide, and implemented high-tech programming technology for the latest in digital hearing aids using wireless technology that was the first of its kind and nationally recognized with the Consumer Electronics Show Innovation Award.
