Responsible for application developments in Internet Banking (Personal & Corporate), Wealth Management, Credit Origination, and EAI.Covered business areas in lending (all segments), Basel II and various business process re-engineering initiatives in back-office for credit processing, as well as the front-to-middle office in credit origination.Key accomplishments- Delivered a 7-month, S$6m project to create a separate front and middle office for commercial retail credit approval process in order to achieve better controls through proper segregation of roles. It also involved migrating the credit portfolio from a client-server platform to a J2EE platform, including re-designing and re-factoring common and core modules. The project introduced a new credit product targeted at small and medium enterprises.- Delivered a 6 month, S$2m project to roll out a scoring engine for use in credit card and personal credit line application scoring. This enabled the business to achieve greater efficiency and consistency in approvals for high-volume credit applications. The scoring engine has also been extended to support integration with an online application over the Internet with in-principle approval, a scorecard for use in small and medium enterprise credit applications and behavioral scoring for credit card and personal credit line products- Delivered a 10 month, S$10M project involving 3 separate vendors that provided packaged solutions for Corporate Internet Banking, Single Sign-on (SSO) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). It is also a project that laid down the key architectural components within the enterprise technology landscape such as SSO and EAI

Responsible for all branch related applications - Teller, Cheque Clearing, Signature Verifications, Safe Deposit Box and Sales and Services Platform.Key accomplishments- Delivered a S$12M project to replace old branch teller terminals with a new Branch Teller System across all the 16 branches in Singapore. It is a strategic project to the bank as the new Teller System allows the bank to offer more complex transactions (e.g. multi-currency transactions) at the branches while making sure the level of service is maintained. Apart from Branch Teller System, other systems included in the rollout were Branch Sales and Services, Signature Verification, Safe Deposit Box and Cheque Clearing- Represented IT workstream to complete all branch systems and applications replacement across all 16 Tatlee branches into Keppel Bank as part of the merger between Keppel and Tatlee Bank
