I get a rush from solving complex problems and overcoming technical challenges. I adapt and succeed despite limited resources and sky-high stakeholder expectations.I can also be the first person to admit that I am wrong, or accept a better idea than the one I presented. I look at software from a strategic and business perspective, rather than just lines of code. I always pull way more than my own weight. I constantly adapt, identify ways I can improve, and know when to ask for guidance. I love sharing what I’ve learned - I have a long history of supporting and mentoring teammates, and working synergistically within a team. I can transform a business with hard work, careful strategic thinking and some serious in-the-weeds, hands-dirty development.
