Expanded shop scheduling tool to a network-level scope and incorporated machine learning (via scikit-learn / random forest regression) to predict future work loads before the work arrives in shop. Trained network scheduling SMEs to use the tool to drive loading decisions and predict backlogs / delays.Developed/implemented workflow process and visual Power BI status dashboard to manage timely final liability identification. Reduced uncollected liability due to late identification by 85% (~120K/yr) while maintaining repair cycle time performance and streamlining information flow.Built operations analysis tool in Power BI to provide productivity, efficiency, and utilization analytics across any combination of location, department, time frame, and work categories so that all levels of management (from COO to department supervisor) could quickly gain insight into recent operations performance.Data analytics SME (SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI) supporting operations management at a corporate and field level for business insight, KPI development and assessment, and ad-hoc analysis needs.Resource and mentor for field-based Yellow/Green Belts and location-specific projects.
