Managed an international sales team and design department. Territory included Maquiladora's (Twin Plants) in Sonora, Mexico. The territory sales doubled during my tenure that allowed for resources to build a new manufacturing plant in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico to support the growth.

Managed all departments within the manufacturing plant to include, sales, design, production, customer service, human resources and finance. Additionally, managed the sales team as the Western Director of Sales for the Retail Integration Institute, which focused on sales to CPG's helping them to increase in-store sales lift via in-store displays and supply chain cost reductions with innovation packaging solutions at the manufacturing or pack-out center.
