This included forecasting, changing policies, procedures and structures, as well as significant cultural change initiatives leading to a more efficient and sustainable business model. • Multiple occasions of higher duties as the Acting CEO – including responsibility for end of year financial reports, and heavy involvement in presentations of strategic initiatives and operational significance to the board• Have overseen significant risk and compliance improvements, through Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health and specialist homelessness teams due to the design and implementation of a ‘Quality Checking Tool’. Both as part of our continuous quality improvement and as part of the organisational response to multiple Royal Commissions that are currently occurring.• Successfully tendered for, and then led the execution and on-boarding of significant organic and inorganic growth (including the acquisition of another organisation). • Proven track record in innovation across mental health and other sectors, to create new or improved ways of delivering improved health outcomes to those who need it most.
