Peter Otte is a web developer and creative director at Peter Otte Productions. Based in Santa Barbara, POP serves clients with offices in the United States, mostly in the West and Southwest. Our specialty is PHP. We also have a preference for good design.Knowing how to code is not the same thing as knowing how to develop. You can be a good coder and yet not be a very good developer. The tasks and responsibilities overlap but are not the same. It’s not a mysterious art, nor is it rocket science. But it is hard to do well.In addition to development, we also provide online marketing services: primarily search engine optimization and search engine advertising. At this time, we prefer to promote POP built sites because we feel we have greater control over the outcome.Many of our clients need help with creating content for their sites, particularly written content.
