Full process management for beer brewing comprising from captivation of underground and surface water, ETA, brewery, syrup company up to wastewater treatment, amounting to a manufacturing capacity of 12.000.000hl/year, with a team comprised of 120 direct employees, 8 being Coordinators. Headed introduction and brewing of pure malt special beers of the brands Baden Baden, Eisenbahn, Devassa and Ichiban amounting to 23 labels, including the traditional mainstream beers at the plant in Itu. Took part of the Igarassu plant start-up, initiated in 2015, with end capacity of 12 million hl/year, being accountable for the technological project and brewery layout, considered as one of the most modern in the world.Led the specific TPM improvement pillar for cost decrease and increased productivity by using specific tools, such as: the loss tree, improvement groups and improvement records focusing on the following results:1. Decreased extract loss: 22.3%;2. Decreased sugar loss: 21.8%;3. Decreased water consumption: 6.4%;4. Decreased electric power consumption: 3.62%;5. Decreased CO2 consumption: 44.38%;6. Decreased natural gas consumption: 19.07%;7. Savings 2013/2016: BRL 11,672,839.00.

Headed brewing and quality of the Mogi Mirim and Piraí units being accountable for the whole manufacturing area, with productive capacity of 3000000hl/year and led team with 300 employees. Managed the returnable and non-returnable product bottling lines with KHS isobaric filling machines and Krones volumetric filling machines;Took part of the Cintra brewery start-up in Santarém/Portugal with productive capacity of 1000000hl/year for own brand production.

Second brewer, corresponded to the second man in the industrial hierarchy, below the first brewer, being jointly liable for the whole plant in the cities of Teresina and João Pessoa, Brazil. Headed the water treatment, incoming raw material, brewery, bottling and wastewater treatment in all units. Headed full production in Olinda-Pernambuco, Brazil, at the unit for beer brewing and soft drink production and Manaus-Amazonas, Brazil, unit for beer brewing, soft drink production and plastic injectors.Worked as trainee at the Ponta Grossa, Viana, Ribeirão Preto units, Teresina plant start-up, microbiological laboratory and malt house in São Paulo.
