I led a top-to-bottom revamp of CoinDesk's suite of newsletters in the first 90 days, setting them up for steady subscriber growth and boosting open rates from 19% to 35%. I launched an evergreen content strategy based on providing crypto education for retail investors. I built a team that turbocharged CoinDesk's social media strategy, growing Twitter followers from 600,000 to 3+ million and establishing a strong presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

By hiring reporters and building thought leadership into content strategy, I increased traffic to Reviews.com's news section by 500%. Close collaboration with SEO and customer experience teams was essential to ensure our reviews had the highest integrity while also maximizing business opportunities through our affiliate revenue model.

I crafted the editorial mission, wrote much of the content, launched a video strategy, and managed over a dozen freelance writers. I executed on a social media strategy when Twitter and Facebook were brand new, elevating DVICE.com to an average of 1 million monthly unique visitors with virtually no budget.
