• Created the company from scratch; hired legal and finance resources and recruited an all Indian national technical team.
• Qualified the company for tax exemption under Indian law as a software technology park creating a more cost effective business model.
• Extended support coverage to Europe and the Far East outside of business hours in the U.S. providing improved internal employee support.

• Led the firm’s technology evolution from early generation computing technology to state-of-the art web, SOA, and ultimately hybrid cloud resulting in a highly efficient and cost effective working environment.
• Worked collaboratively with engineers and scientists to implement high performance computing environments to support critical simulations and modeling project goals.
• Collaborated with outside providers to develop and launch commercial technical software products needed by the staff, and implemented a knowledge management environment for efficient data retrieval and project support.

• CDM captive subsidiary providing Oracle eBusiness Suite implementation services to outside clients.
• Created a business plan in response to a mandate from the CEO that the corporate support groups implement revenue generating operations. This business concept was the only plan that was approved for implementation.
• Created and ran this operation with no significant capital infusion from the parent.
• Hourly billing rates were among the highest in the CDM family of companies contributing to profitability.
• At its peak the subsidiary generated $2.5M in top line revenue.
