Preparation for VW concern audit according VDA 6.3, from result 72C –„ business on hold“, we improved to result 88 B – cancelation the „business on hold“ during half a year. I was responsible for preparing this kind of audit and also for communication with VW customer. Afterwards I became responsible for launching of new project „Colorado NF“. I´ve prepared the company for TS audit succesfully.

Responsible for material procurement, expedition and production planning, warehouse management, material flow, expedition, transport, key user of MM, SD SAP moduls - I´ve implanted SAP in processing call offs automaticly. /idoc/ EDI. Plus responsible for production logistic, production warehouse. During this time I was a member of team, which built 2 new plants on greenfield in Nitra and Liberec / CZ / and I was also responsible for the plant in Bratislava which was under construction. In Liberec I worked also as a Crisis manager in launching new Skoda Rapid project. It took about 280 – subordinates.
