My management experience also includes managing a fleet of 10 forklifts and 5 (2) ton trucks that are part of vital importance in our line of business.

My responsibilities included the oversight of the whole lumber department which included 6 employees. Scheduling and assigning daily tasks along with providing excellent customer service was of top priority. Other duties included getting deliveries out in timely manner, unloading inventory and stocking the lumber department. Maintaining a safe and efficient work space, which included approximately 25,000 square feet, was of utmost importance. Collaborating with the manager on a daily basis about how to increase new business and be more efficient was good training for decision making.

I helped out inside store with accommodating customer needs and making sure those needs were met . I asked lots of question to ensure that we could all give customers the best experience. I helped stock merchandise in the store made sure all messes were cleaned up and put away. I enjoyed helping other people fix their problems.
